The first 800W HMI Fresnel on the market, the Alpha 800 is our most versatile Fresnel instrument yet.  

Traditional 1200W Fresnels use the same 175mm lens, but are significantly larger than our compact 800W model.  Like all Alphas, the Fresnel is easily removable giving a clear glass open eye option.  Beam patterns range from 5-60 degrees as a Fresnel, or nearly 120 degrees as an open eye fixture. 

Utilizing our custom quartz reflector technology, all Alphas can be burned straight down, for powerful top lighting applications.

What makes the 800W Alpha especially versatile?  90 degree socket adapters and associated accessories are available, giving you the ability to turn your Fresnel instrument into a PAR Light.
